This seems weird:
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libthread_db.so.1".

I don't know what could be the culprit.
For the test, could you give a try to LO 6.3.0 by using LO ppa (see
https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa)?
(Also, be sure to have all the updates of your Ubuntu)
