When working with Draw view toggles are quite precious and so I would like to
recommend to add the options hidden in Tools > Options > Draw > View into the
View menu as well. This way the user would be able to toggle on/off (for
example the "Helplines while moving") while working with diagrams, shapes or
even when working with documents that sometimes might required those on and
other times that can be a nuisance (flyers, infographics etc). And even though
this might not be that important when working in Writer etc I do believe that
Draw would benefit immensely from that.
