Thanks Regina, but even after installing
master~2019-09-01_22.30.33_LibreOfficeDev_6.4.0.0.alpha0_Linux_x86-64_deb the
result seems to be the same. Upon pressing Help the following URL:
https://help.libreoffice.org/6.4/en-US/text/sdraw/01/insert_layer.html?System=UNIX&DbPAR=DRAW&HID=modules/sdraw/ui/insertlayer/help#bm_@@nowidget@@
has no info regarding the different default layers and the different behaviours
they have.
