Just installed production 6.3.1.2 on MacOS Catalina 10.15 Beta (19A546d), and I
can confirm that the issue still exists - maybe an issue with notarisation?
Note: the issue exists for both the main LO Suite as well as the UI language
pack I needed (English GB) - in both cases I had to use the workaround "Open"
to get things to start.
