Note that there are also keyboard shortcuts to move whole paragraphs up/down
(normally Ctrl+Alt+Up/Ctrl+Alt+Down); in case of lists, also moving with
subpoints is available (normally unassigned, but available along with the
former commands on the Bullets and Numbering toolbar, which pops up when you
put cursor into the list). See "Shortcut Keys for Paragraphs and Heading
