I tried to replicate the issue on my machine:
Arch Linux
libreoffice-6.3.0-2
Version: 6.3.0.4
Build ID: 6.3.0-2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.2; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: it-IT (en_GB.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-GB
Calc: threaded
For me it is OK. I attach a screenshot.
