I noticed on Thursday I got an email and it says this report has changed. I
don't know what it means where it says QA:needsComment
I would be happy to provide more info on my request but I don't know what else
to provide....? And again, I know some OS projects have options for "bounties"
for features and I would like to know if there is an option some place for
that.
