With Tumbleweed, i update the packages every week.
Now the upgrade to 6.3.0.4 is done. The tooltip no longer bothers me.
I work with Opensuse LEAP 15.1 on my laptop. Installer version of libreOffice:
6.2.5.2 Build ID 20(build 2). Its works without problems on gnome.
