Document with the issue

Hi there!

This specific document has macros in it, but the issue is apparent even without
running any of the macros.

Also, this issue is not apparent on other versions of LibreOffice.

What happens is that the document opens normally, but once any value has been
changed, the user interface does not update anymore. I can still click on cells
and change values, but the visual feedback is gone.
I do see the outline of one of the buttons flickering, just as if it is
continually updating, and can see that one of my CPU is at 100% utilization, so
it "feels" like something is running away in the background.

A quick workaround for the moment is to click on another tab and then back on
"Main" which restores normal function, until I change one more value.

Please help!
