Here is a document in a proprietary format that, when exporting to pdf, misses
some content: the table of contents.
The export was done with LibreOffice on Debian Unstable, so libreoffice-writer
1:3.5.4+dfsg-3
The original document was available here:
https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/community/facilitators_community/document/tips-online-community-engagement
Note: on the site the document is now replaced by a PDF version. But that PDF
is not created by LibreOffice.
