Description:
When i updated to 6.3.1.2 (x64) from 6.2 the application got updated but the
windows Start menu link did not update.They are still trying to point to 6.2
versions.I can right click on the file to open with LibreOffice and it points
to the right application.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just update an existing 6.2x build with 6.3.1 build

Start menu Link point to 6.2 exe's
Expected Results:
Start menu Link should point to 6.3 exe's
