Hi!
I had problems to install extension language 4.6
Solved my problem by make a "clean" installation of Java 1.8.0_221 and then
uninstalled Libre Office 6.2.7.1 and instead installed Libre Office 6.3.1.2 and
LanguageTool 4.3. Now I'm satisfied.
