Description:
hitting Apply in the options window doesn't apply the changed settings.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Writer document
2. Alt+F12 - Writer - General
3. Change unit of measurement and hit Apply
Actual Results:
Nothing changes
Expected Results:
The rulers should have changed to the selected unit
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
