Confirmed on Windows builds 6.3.1.2 and recent master/6.4.0, STR should note
the new Calc sheet is either empty or has less than one page worth of cell
data--the fatal error/crash only occurs if selecting the print dialog '(*) Even
pages' radio button for a document without a second page.
