Calc: threaded
Insert > Headers and Footers... : alt+C toggles between "_Center Area" and
"_Cancel" same for alt+H that switches between "_Header" and "_Help". It never
adds characters to any list.
We cannot guarantee unique accelerators as the l10n people assign it with the
localization. Nonetheless it's desirable to assign it correctly by default.
@Xisco: Please double-check under Windows.
