I have a normal .csv file that imports instantly and correctly on Libre office
version 3.5.5 (default Mint 13 64 bit) and 3.5.7. Tested with both these
versions.
Tested in versions 3.6.3 and 3.6.2 , the same .csv takes 10 times as long to
open and imports the data incorrectly.( Fields are all wrong and scattered)
