Libreoffice Drag&Drop not working with modifier on Qt based systems (KDE-Neon)
The item to be dragged can be selected and dragged but when combined with a
modifier like a control key, the dragged item still MOVES to the new location
rather than being duplicated (COPIED) there.
This appears to be a problem with the VLC plugin because when LO is opened
with: SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 lowriter or SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 localc,
Drag&Drop works as expected.
