Tested switching to 100% DPI on LibreOffice 6.3.2, but the issue persists.
Here are the steps I performed:
- changed DPI to 100%
- deleted everything in %appdata%\LibreOffice\4\cache
- opened Writer
- switched to Collibre (SVG) icon theme
-- at this step icons did not have artifacts
- closed Writer
- opened Writer
-- icons contain artifacts
A bug in video driver, the library responsible for icon rendering?
