Bug ID: 127911
Summary: Pasting from Calc into a Writer table cell does not
respect calc filter
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.2.7.1 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
1 Fill columns A - K with header (single row) and data (cca 400 rows)
2 Select columns A - D and click AutoFilter button
3 Set filters for columns A - D (show cca 10 rows out of 400)
4 Click first cell in D column, press Shift and click last visible cell in H
column (multi select)
5 Ctrl +C
6 Create new writer document, insert a 5 column table
7 Click first cell in writer table
8 Ctrl + V -> rows, hidden by calc filter, are pasted into writer table
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill columns A - K with header (single row) and data (cca 400 rows)
2. Select columns A - D and click AutoFilter button
3. Set filters for columns A - D (show cca 10 rows out of 400)
4. Click first cell in D column, press Shift and click last visible cell in H
column (multi select)
5. Ctrl +C
6. Create new writer document, insert a 5 column table
7. Click first cell in writer table
8. Ctrl + V -> rows, hidden by calc filter, are pasted into writer table
Actual Results:
Cells that are not visible in calc after filter check boxes are pasted into
writer table.
Also, on paste, default style is applied to text instead of target cell style.
Expected Results:
Only cells that are still visible in calc after filter check boxes are set by
user should be pasted.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Should be trivial to repeat.
Also, on paste, default style is applied to text instead of target cell style.
