The dialog is modal to block LibreOffice. That was exactly the cause of bug
125131.

Caolan, both are not called as UNO comands
(GetDispatcher()->Execute(SID_TIPOFTHEDAY) in viewfrm.cxx and via menu
handler). Any idea?
