We have by now identified the source of the problem (at least MY problem which
generated the crash report), and documented in now closed Bug 127845 (Resolved
NOTOURBUG). Summary: out of date HP printer driver; the current HP driver
fixed the problem. Many thanks to Mike Kaganski for sleuthing out the WinDbg
trace.
