No repro 6.1, repro 6.4+ both Windows and Linux. I mark regression although it
may not be.
ODT attachment 153860 has embedded fonts and that causes the bug. If file saved
without fonts at File-Properties-Font, borders save OK.
Note: Up until 6.1 file size was bigger, seems that it used to save fonts
twice.
