I repro this in LO 6.1. and 6.4+ in Windows only. No repro 6.0. Looks like
regression.
Simple, copy from Internet Explorer and Ctrl+V paste in Writer. First paste
works, subsequent not.
Paste special works for Unformatted Text and HTML, doesn't work for RTF.
