Problem description:
when inserting a range of new cells into a sheet (f.e. A1:F10), all notes in
the cells (at least) right of that range will be moved down accordingly; the
"normal" content of the cells (formulas, addresses, values, etc) right of that
range is not affected, stays in place and acts as expected.
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....
Current behavior:
Expected behavior: Notes should not be moved! This behaviour was noticed since
Version 3.6.**
Platform (if different from the browser): Windows Vista 64, Win7 64
Browser:(Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; rv:16.0) SeaMonkey/2.13.2
