Thank you for your suggestion. However, (1) I was not able to follow the
suggestion and get the desired results, (2) the file containing the alleged
solution was apparently manually modified (something about footnote 9, also not
double-spaced anymore), and (3) the file containing the alleged solution did
not actually solve the problem (see footnote 18 on the final page). I suspect
the file only *appeared* correct on pages 1 and 2 by coincidence (due to the
location of the footnotes, line breaks, etc.) Thank you for your continued
assistance.
