So great to see Jenkins Windows builds are going to be posted to the
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ page [1]
Unfortunately, a couple of issues at the moment:
1. package name is not being stamped with the build date, or prepending the
"master-" branch.
2. doing a msiexec.exe /a Administrative install--the build will not parse the
normal command line "INSTALLDIR=" flag; suggests a packaging issue this build.
