When attaching .doc/.docx you must explain how it was created. This one seems
to be from LO.
When you report a bug for saving .doc/.docx, you need to attach a source .odt.
So please create simple .odt (even if you didn't but just saved to .doc).
You didn't write if this is a duplicate or if you already searched bug reports.
