Problem description:
When you add footnotes to your document you can see them in a popup by
mouseovering the footnotes.
Steps to reproduce:
Add a long footnote and mouseover it to display the popup
Current behavior:
the tooltip is larger than the screen, all the footnote is displayed on a
single line
Expected behavior:
the tooltip should not exceed the screen. Use several lines to display the
tooltip
