Problem is inherited from OOo.

You can simply test that with undocked Task bar and 'Table Design' area
visible.
Now decrease height of Task pane. "Styles" area will get a vertical scroll bar,
but "Show" area will get no scroll bar.

Decreasing height more and more the contents of "Styles" area will vanish and
the top of the "Show" area will become hidden.

I think the problem is that the vertical scroll slider only appears for
"Styles" area and not for complete  'Table Design'

An additional problem is that no scroll bar will appear when you decrease width
of the pane, this problem also is visible in 'User defined animations'. May be
we need a separate report for this problem?
