Those transitions require use of OpenGL rendering and support in your GPU.
What Windows OS release and graphics card and driver(s) are you using.
Please post details from a run of 'msinfo32.exe' and clip paste contents of the
Components -> Display panel. As well as clipping contents of the LibreOffice
menu item Help -> About LibreOffice
