I also can see ugly-shaped equitations. I also confir, if you double-click on
the the ugly-shaped equations it loks fine.
But I couldn't find out, what triggers the formlas to change layout. I could
save and reopen without any problem.
So if you're able to find out how to reproduce it, it would be very helpful.
