How to reproduce bug:
1- Open attached document
2- Hit F11 to open Styles and Formatting window
3- Highlight the 'A' in page 3 and switch its Paragragh style between 'Default'
and 'Heading 1'
Behaviour:
When A is in 'Heading 1' style, the second figure caption numbering is reset to
1 (making it so there is 2 'Figure 1') while when A is in 'Default' style, the
numbering is '2' as expected.
