Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start MS Visio 2007 and create a new drawing
2. Draw a line in it
3. Select the line and choose Format -> Line...
4. Choose end type 05
5. Save the drawing and close Visio
6. Open the drawing in LibreOffice Draw
7. Select the line and choose Format -> Line...
8. Note that the end arrow style is "- none -" and the preview doesn't show an
arrow
