Description:
Logos (pictures) which are part of the headline of a document are not printed
anymore. 

The last version this error did not occur which was tested here is 6.1.5.2. 

I tried the versions 6.2.7 and 6.2.8. (stable release) each did not print the
pictures anymore. The position where the picture is located is empty on the
printed page. The pictures are files with 600dpi.

After reinstalling Version 6.1.5.2. the error was fixed, the printed pages were
complete again. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open File
2. chose print file
3. Logo (picture) in the headline is missing.

Actual Results:
Printed page is incomplete headline with logo is missing

Expected Results:
Printed page should contain headline with logo 


Reproducible: Always
