When I draw a rectangle, I want to right click on it to modify the anchor of
the text. The Text... menu is sometimes visible, sometimes not. I did not
manage to find out where I have to right click to see the Text... menu.
Workaround. Select the rectangle, in the menu bar select Format|Text...
