Could anyone reproduce this in latest LibreOffice?
Sorry no time to try latest verison, as that crashed when we tried recently.

Note, if Insert->Chart by selecting A2:B5 that includes the column headings,
the chart's "Range for Name" are correct.
If if Insert->Chart by selecting B2:B5 you need to manually enter the chart's
"Range for Name" needs to be manually typed, and when it is - Calc changes it
to lowercase, and removes any spaces.
