John: no you can't confirm yourself a bug.
What about graphic driver version? Did you check graphic driver was up-to-date?
If it's the case, provide <user profile>/cache/opengl_device.log since you
don't reproduce this when you disable OpenGL.
If it's not the case, update, rename your LO directory profile and give a new
try.
