            Bug ID: 128457
Summary: The function "cross-reference" seems to be (partly)
                    broken...
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.2.8.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

The function Cross-reference seems to be (partly) broken. When creating a
cross-reference, everything seems fine. But when you try to add the created
cross-reference into a Writer-document, the field "value" is empty. And when
adding this cross-reference into a document, it only shows the number "1".

This function was working in earlier versions, but in LibreOffice 6.2.8 it no
longer works as expected.

I don't know if this behaviour is the same on other OS'es, but I encountered
this problem while running Linux Mint 19.2 (Tina), using LibreOffice, build
ID: 1:6.2.8~rc2-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 (Dutch).
