Of cause it is "possible". Unfortunately it is not only a simple UI change, but
the code would need deep changes in the edit engines. Getting the Writer edit
engine features to the Draw edit engine and the other way round is such a large
task, that you need a team of developers, who know LibreOffice very well and
can work on it over a longer time. Currently there is no entity that would pay
for it. If the error report would be in "NEW" status, that would not really
change anything.
