for a certain private document, libreoffice saves the following
conditionalformatting:
<conditionalFormatting sqref="I42,G42:G50">
but unfortunately this is rejected by the openpyxl library as being invalid:

I personally can't find any documentation about what the exact format should
be, or what the above value indicates precisely.
the problem goes away when loading and saving the file again, but it would
still be nice to know if this can still occur and that both projects agree on
what is valid.. ^^
