That seems not to be correct per Comment 3. Likely default paste was changed,
but that's not the source of the bug. So bibisect should be done with Pate
special - RTF paste in LO 5.4.

Yes, problem is only LO, because clipboard is pasted in other apps.
Please comment on RTF paste vs. default paste.
