Additional information.
1. All other spacing functions (e.g., spacing below, indent) work for the
first line in the textbox. Just not above spacing.
2. Above spacing works for other paragraphs in the textbox.
3. Also encountered the problem when trying to put padding for the top line.
As a "workaround", I put a blank line and changed the font size to a small
number (2pt, 4pt.)
