Description:
1) Open Writer;
2) Open the Tools -> Options -> Libreoffice Writer -> General panel and set the
measurement unit to something metric (e.g., millimiter)
3) Visualize the Drawing toolbar
4) Click the line style or line width button in it, in order to open the Line
dialog
5 Note that everything is in imperial units (inches) in there.
