I can only reproduce this on subsequent launches of
macOS Mojave 10.14.6 with :
LO Vanilla 6262
LO 6312
LO 6282
In other words, the first time in any window session that I launch LO of any
particular version, I get a splashscreen. If I close that instance of LO,
remove it from the Dock and restart, I no longer get a splashscreen.
