--- Comment #4 from Jens Radloff <plixp...@yahoo.de> ---
Thanks for your revised odt file.

Yes, that's how I would like to have my PDF files if I export your revised odt
file. Although the "Table of Contents" entry should also be displayed in the
navigation area / document structure of the PDF file, too, it is still missing.

But let me first focus on this here:

> Modified the Style for Table of Figures and Bibliography
> -- changing the Outline Level from Text Body to Level 1.

I compared the TOC settings, the Table of Figures settings and the Bibliography
settings in my original odt file with your revised odt file, I cannot see any
differences.

According to me, it is only possible to change the Outline Level from Text Body
to Level 1 in the TOC settings, on the "Type" tab => "Assign styles" button,
but I already changed there the level settings for "Bibliography Index Heading"
and "Figure Index Heading" to Level 1 in my original file.

The Table of Figures settings seem to be identical in both your revised and my
original odt file.

The Bibliography settings seem to be identical in both your revised and my
original odt file.

So I do not know which changes you made in your revised odt file.

I am using Linux Debian 10.2, if this is of any importance.
