Problem description: Could not create Java implementation loader when
installing extensions (for example LanguageTools)
Steps to reproduce:
1. on 64 bit Win 7, with 64bit Java
2. install LanguageTools
3. activate it
Current behavior:Could not create Java implementation loader
Expected behavior: No error (as it does on the same machine with Java 6.37
32bit!!!)

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/16.0
