This is the same problem as bug #117274 which got fixed recently.
Could you try it again with an Excel-made xlsx file that was not yet modified
in any LO version before 6.4 alpha?
You should not be able to see such empty drawing objects if you (1) save the
Excel-made file in Calc (2) then again in Excel and then (3) reopen it in Calc.
In case you still experience it please upload an originally Excel-made file.
