--- Comment #1 from Gerhard Weydt <[email protected]> ---
I can confirm with
Version: 6.3.3.2 (x64)
Build-ID: a64200df03143b798afd1ec74a12ab50359878ed
CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 10.0; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: win;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Sprache: de-DE
Calc: threaded
a much newer release, and on Windows, so it's a general problem, the size
option on the LibreOfficeDraw tab seems not to be handled correctly.

But in your special case there's a workaround: draw a rectangle of your card
size, without filling, to be used for cutting aut the card; then move your
"card to the upper left of the printing area and copy it as many times you need
to fill the paper size. This will result in even less paper waste than printing
two cards on one piece of paper.
