Description:
After entering a comment in a cell, it does not appear automatically when I
hover over it. I bring two screenshots:

In the second screenshot, the comment no appear automatically.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc.
2. Insert a comment in cell.
3. Go to cell with mouse, the comment no appear automatically.
Actual Results:
Insert the comment in a cell of Calc.
Expected Results:
The comment no appear automatically.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

The comment should appear automatically when go mouse to cell
