1. explain what's Ctrl-Shit-e, which command, is it built-in or custom
2. explain if it's any time or just with specific document. Anyway, please
attach minimal reproducer document.
3. write which OS, you didn't write or mark.
4. test with current LO that's Still 6.2.8 or Fresh 6.3.3.
